We have a fully fitted gym, including free weight, fixed weights and an extensive range of cardiovascular equipment. There are always fully qualified staff on duty and a number of personal trainers available for appointments. There is no joining fee and the Sauna is included in most memberships. There is also a sunbed available for use during our long opening hours. If you have children, we have a crèche available 5 mornings a week, supervised by a qualified member of staff.
